Howard Crow’s passion is for photographing nature and its interaction with humans. For his entire life, Howard has photographed with large and medium format cameras to capture the scale and grandeur of the structures that nature and humans have created and how they interact and intersect.

Howard Crow built his first darkroom at 11 for silver gelatin development and enlarging. Today, he uses the hand-coated and printed Platinum and Palladium processes because of the depth and structure of the images it produces.

Howard Crow grew up overseas in Hong Kong, Argentina, Spain and Brazil. Many of his portfolios reflect that diverse life.
