Steven Wilson has been a working professional photographer for thirty five years. He uses various non-silver, alternative, and historical processes for his work. His current interest is in wet plate collodion, which he began studying in 2004.
His work is held in the collections of the former Polaroid Corporation, Cambridge Mass.,(now disbursed), the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, the Hallmark Cards Fine Art Collection, and the Hallmark Photography collection at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, in Kansas City in addition to other personal private collections.
