Manuela Meier is a creative hobby artist with a deep passion for art, craft, and design.

Since childhood, she has had a strong creative streak and a love for photography and aesthetic motifs. Over the decades, she has explored many creative techniques, always drawn to working with paper and experimenting with interesting materials.

In recent years, Manuela has devoted herself to bookbinding and scrapbooking, discovering joy in the interplay of materials, experimental techniques, and collage. During this time, she founded her artist label *ManuFaktur*.

More than three years ago, she discovered cyanotype — a process that immediately fascinated her for its artisanal and experimental nature. In cyanotype, her love of paper, photography, and collage found the perfect combination. Even today, she remains captivated by the “blue magic.”

What began with simple photo prints quickly evolved into her own distinctive style. Today, Manuela creates elaborate, expressive cyanotype collages that often celebrate the theme of “strong women.” Her work seamlessly combines traditional techniques with modern expressiveness, reflecting her enduring love for the creative and artisanal process.
