Parts used: The entire slender amaranth plant, the skin of the Macedonian cucumber, the entire Florina pepper, except seeds and stem and powdered turmeric spice
Amount: 3 medium peppers, maybe 1/4 cup of turmeric, two bunches of amaranth greens and skins from two very long cucumbers
Extracted by: The pepper, amaranth and cucumber were pureed in a food processor and strained. The turmeric was just strained through a coffee filter. All emulsions were used immediately
Solvent: Pepper: none, turmeric: medical ethanol, amaranth: Kavala Extra brand Ouzo, cucumber: a dash of tap water
Application: Brushing
