Historical photographic methods in use today – the art, processes and techniques of alternative photography. Photography as it should be: hands on, fun and inspiring.
Fabio Pasquarella, born in Zurich is now an Italian artisan and poet living in Rome. He works mostly in alternative photography, Mike Ware's cyanotype. He often uses a handmade 4x5" pinholes, and some digital cameras. He loves zen and japanese art, paints with sumi ink and write in haiku style.
The images in the gallery are some instant shot obtained from an iPhone with a slight post-process through open source software and then printed in cyanotype. He has named this method "Iphonetype".
