Ron Nickell studied photography under Oliver Schuchard at the University of Missouri while majoring in Film in the late Eighties. His interest carried him to the present day, and he works almost exclusively with Polaroid image transfers, emulsion lifts and combinations of the two. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
