Cheryl considers herself a life-long student of photography, always seeking inspiration, new vision and ways to improve her skills. She continues to develop a personal style of creating images that she hopes will be appreciated for their aesthetic and unique content.

Cheryl is mainly self taught, but has attended numerous photographic workshops and classes throughout the U.S. She is also a 1999 graduate of the Rocky Mountain School of Photography Summer Intensive Program.

Most of Cheryls photographic work has been produced using 35mm color transparency or black & white film. She has recently developed an interest in several forms of alternative photographic processes - those that do not use traditional photographic methods.
